"Luke was a gift! He responded quickly to my call and was able to start painting two days later. He was professional, knowledgeable, on time and always cognizant of the fact that I was working from home while he was painting. He meticulously painted my entire house and it looks amazing. "The job was more extensive than originally anticipated. Travis with MainLine Remodel kept me in the loop the whole time and explained recommendations and followed up with pictures. Travis and MainLine Remodel went above and beyond. I live out of town and rent the property. It was very reassuring to have someone there I can trust to do a quality job and to identify areas of concern. Travis identified an improperly installed window that was leaking. He and his team corrected the issue. The incorrectly installed window/leak was not identified by property managers hired to manage the property in the past. Due to the good work, I had the MainLine team do some extra handyman tasks while onsite (e.g. check on a leak spot on the bathroom ceiling). I am very happy with the work performed by Travis and MainLine Remodel. The job was not cheap, but I know I paid for quality work. Travis and the team were busy and had to reschedule a few times, but I understand that speaks to the demand for their services."

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.
