Why you would want something a certain over another. He went the extra mile. The Service Manager Mike was also very kind, considerate and very helpful with my questions and concerns. I finally have a sense of peace that my sewage issues have been addressed and my toilet will work properly now after 6 other plumbing companies could not resolve. They were head and shoulders above my previous experiences on this very same issue for the past year and nine months! I am truly grateful to have found them. "1 plumber and an assistant arrived on time to repair leaky toilet and disconnected drain stopper. Discovered leak due to over-tightened drain collar. I thought prices were extremely high for the work. Quoted price of $350+ to replace flush system, so they replaced gasket and float arm. Work is guaranteed, which was fortuitous since they had to return the next day to solve leaking toilet."
