"Floors Sag or Shake was one of three estimates we got to reinforce the sagging floors in four rooms of our older home. We went with them based on the work they proposed and their positive online reviews, and we are completely satisfied with their work. They worked over three days to pour concrete footings, jack up the floors as best as possible, and then add permanent supports. They also removed an old vapor barrier and installed a new one. Each day, they arrived early and worked through the day. They communicated well and were courteous and professional. Prior to their work, our floors were not even close to level. More importantly, when walking on them, we could feel them "giving" under our weight. Now, our floors feel solid and look level throughout the house. "Knew I've needed to do something about moisture problems in my crawl space. Alirio and Luis were great! Explained how they could solve the problems with water seeping into crawl space. They worked hard as anything, and installed drainage trenches around all the walls in the crawl space, added piping and covered with gravel. Then ran a drain out, ending several feet away from the house with a pop up drain. Then finished with plastic sheeting covering the entire crawl space. I had to wait about four weeks to get a HUGE downpour, so I could check the results. Went down there after the rain stopped, and very thing dry as could be. While it's only been a short time, this looks good to go! In fact, this comes with a ten year written warranty!!! Who gives that nowadays? Well, Alirio does!! And it was a pleasure to work directly with Luis, who assists Alirio. I recommended them to my neighborhood website, and I recommend them to Angie's List members! Very satisfied!!"
