"Mr. Alvin S. ended up with a brand new decorative retaining wall around his pool. We also saved this family thousands of dollars on a pool repair that no one wanted to find a way to repair. We went out of our way to assist them for an agreed amount $600+ which Mr. Alvin did not honor. Twice he owed us money and did not pay. Leaving thousands and thousands of dollars with no pay. We have all communication history with this client as well as his wife Allison S. via text messages and emails. We took many pictures and videos of the before, during and after. At the end, we ended up saving Mr. Alvin over $10,000 to replace his in-ground pool which had sunken 8" in the deep end. No pool contractor wanted to help Alvin straighten up the pool without having to replace it entirely. Both parties reached out to pool contractors in the area and NO ONE offered a solution. Finally, we offered a solution to increase the pool skeleton 8" upwards at the deep end by utilizing Epoxy chemicals which comes in liquid form and dries like concrete. The repairs were successful, and the water levels were smoothened out throughout the entire pool. Mr. Alvin and Allison did not even pay for this work, which they had agreed to.
