"We had previously hired someone to waterproof our basement but it severely failed. Once AFS came and accessed the crawl space, they implemented a new system. "My crawlspace was wet, moldy, and just nasty. The insulation was soaking wet and it smelled awful. I called five different companies to come out and give me quotes on what they thought needed to be done. I had quotes all over the board ranging from $7,000 all the way up to $48,000. Southern dry was not the cheapest but no where near the most expensive. I decided to use them because Kevin the sales associate I used fully explained the process and broke down each step to where I could understand what was going to be accomplished and what materials would be used. They were even willing to accommodate my special request of adding an extra door to have access under my porch. The installation team, Cha-Chi, Michael, and Ventura were absolutely outstanding. They communicated well and made me fully aware when each step of the process would be taking place. They also always arrived on time and made sure to clean up any trash after each day of work. All in all, SouthernDry is a top notch company with top notch employees to match, would recommend them to anyone."

"After struggling to find a time to coordinate our schedules, the actual fixing was very smooth and efficient. Shane McVay is the master plumber that we use and he is very knowledgable and gets the job done and he does it right. He has done other work for us in the past and has even corrected a job that he noticed was done incorrectly by someone else. He explains the things that he is doing that this housewife can easily understand and told me of things to look for that will clue me in to possible problems with my toilet. Shane is very conscientious and want us to be satisfied customers. I will be using Shane as my plumber because he is trustworthy and knows what he is doing.

"Mark was the estimator for the project. He inspected the crawl space and gave detailed drawings and cost involved in the work to be done. Joe was the office contact on the timing of the job and was easy to work with on scheduling. Best of all was Nate who did the work. Not only did an excellent job but took pictures of what was done in the crawl space so I could see the installed supports that corrected the sagging floors. Excellent company from first phone call to finished job. Thank You"
