"It went great!! The 2 story detached garage has a lot of build up debris from the surrounding trees in two location on the roof. Mr. Johnson was very courteous and friendly. He did more than I requested or expected. Not only did he do what I requested, he cleared the leaves out of the gutters on the house and the detached garage. I will definitely use Shinetime Services again and will be happy to recommend the service to family and friends. Thank you Mr. Johnson."

"Henry was on time and exceeded my expectations. He was very meticulous and did a fabulous job. Will use his services again."

"They did an awesome job!! Staff arrived on time and was very professional. My husband and I both have very busy schedules so they worked around our schedule. They explained everything they were going to service and didn't charge as high as others in this area. Got mine done around DEC-JAN 2019. Well worth it all!! I highly recommend!"

"Mat was always prompt and very professional. He called ahead of time to give me a closer ETA to give me an estimate. His prices were competitive. I will contact him in the future if I need his services."

"There was a lot of back and forth with setting a date for their services but once they came they did a great job!"

"Customer service with these guys was amazing. They were so professional, so thoughtful and did a great job informing us of what they would do during the entire process. They also did a great job explaining what they did and the steps that we needed to take to ensure that the process completed properly. They were personable and that is great customer service!"

"Excellent service Friendly and professional. Roof looks new. They even purchased more cleaning supplies because they didn't like how the roof looked after initial cleaning. They were also several hundreds of dollars less than the other cleaners. Highly recommended."

"The service was EXCELLENT!!! Definitely would recommend and will be using their services again :-)"

"The service went well. Joshua was very pleasant and responsive. The guy who completed service did a great job. Due to rain and another customer, there was a slight delay in services, but overall it was well done and completed by Monday evening.
