Worst experience ever.

Worst company.

The work they did was good. But customer support is really worst. I have been trying to reach out to 678.238.2367, it will always land up in voice mail. If you give a detailed explanation in the call, no body will be calling you back. I don't want to mention any contact person names in this review though.

I now have a lien on my home since they didnâ t pay the concrete company for my project. We did many projects with them, all of which we paid in full. They refuse to respond to emails, letters, phone calls, texts, even a BBB contact who has been trying to help me! I am now left to have to pay the bill again to concrete company to remove lien! They do good work but this is unacceptable! Beware

Horrible experience. Receptionist ok at first. Then started to dodge my calls.( Jessica). Kevin the sales guy, no return calls or text response. He blames everyone else in the company. Owner Robert rude and not helpful at all. He threatened me with being confrontational for asking them to honor their warranty of poor work. I would run from this company. They do sub par work, but wonâ t come back and fix it. Spend your money elsewhere

Great company.

The yard looks great. We had our old yard torn out and they shaped and leveled ours very quickly. Next day the sod was lid and they did it perfectly. Now our yard looks great and drains off better in the rain. Every interaction with their team was pleasant and the staff on the phone was very easy to work with. We highly recommend North Metro Landscapes to anyone that needs work done to their yard.

Kevin, Simon & team did a fantastic job for me - ground & bed prep, fill dirt, sod installation, irrigation assessment / setup - 5 stars all around - and great service and delivery for the price. Highly recommend this group.

Excellent work, reasonable price and great customer service

North Metro did a total front yard makeover that included the removal of all shrubs and plants, grading, new topsoil, and planting all new shrubs and trees. They mulched the entire area including our side and backyard and power washed the sidewalk and driveway. To say they did a superb job would be an understatement! Simon, Robert, and Jessica take customer service to a whole new level and I give them an A++. They care about their customers and make sure they are totally satisfied. These folks are definitely good people and I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I've worked with other landscapers and North Metro by far has been the best!

Customer service is tops! Explained the options for the service very well. Professional and timely service.

They include pulling weeds and cleaning up, which most places don't. They even cleaned all the leaves off my kids trampoline. Reliable, affordable and great service so far.

The team was professional and did an outstanding job. The team provided quality materials working tirelessly with my sister and I to get exactly what we wanted. They were flexible and available . Not only did they help us with our selection of materials, their team of workers were fast and timely completing our job in record time. Jessica and Robert met with us to discuss our needs and to check the finished project . I highly recommend North Metro Landscape .

Jessica, Simon and their team were excellent. The crew was very friendly. Jessica came twice to check all the work her team was doing.

Absolutely the best! Simon, Jessica and Robert are wonderful to work withâ ¦..accommodating and flexible from scheduling to completed sod/irrigation installation project. The whole team, including the installers, seemed to care that we were, not only satisfied, but happy with the end results. We would definitely recommend North Metro Landscaping.

Due to confusion on their end, they were supposed to arrive the day before, but no one showed up.. I called customer service and they rescheduled for the next day when the work was performed.
