Grace Cleaning Services was able to work me in the very next day for an estimate--and if I wanted to have it done immediately I could--and I did! I knew exactly when he would arrive and was very impressed with the professionalism. He explained everything he was going to do, why he was doing it, and what he was using to do it! I appreciated all the attention to detail--and the great end results. These carpets hadn't been cleaned for a long time and I was very pleased with how good they look. Really thorough job, great technician, great price.

Because I'm on summer vacation and I can't keep my days in order, I was not at home when the technician arrived. He waited for me to arrive and promptly started working. He was very professional and polite; so polite I had to make him come inside from the sweltering heat as I ran about moving furniture and moved my disabled father from one room to another so that he may get started. I would definitely recommend and use again.

The gentlemen that came to clean the furniture was on time, professional, and friendly. He explained the process to me and what he would be using. My furniture is a very light cream color and it now looks like new. I would definately use them again.

this very professional man came to clean my carpet, his was neat and clean and very polite, I have had my carpet cleaned many times over to years and never had anyone worked so hard. I have a small home and the man was here over 2 hours, he did the rugs and a sofa and loveset and a chair. I also have had a total of six dogs over the years and they all left their mark, I do not know yet if all the smells came out because the carpet is still drying, but it would not be because he did not try. I was so impressed, he was not what I would call cheap, but you get what you pay for and I would hire them again
