"We found that an old antenna fell that was attached to the roof of our 2 story home. We called Archer chimney, they came out the same day, investigated the damage, and provided a quote. The following day, Joel and and Mike returned and repaired the roof. They were very professional and courteous. Pictures were provided before and after the job. A Long list of 453 PUNCH LIST ITEMS THAT HE REFUSED TO REPAIR AND COMPLETE after our lawyer gave him all the chance to do it and he asked us to pay him again! This list includes all the damages in the inspection results such as: a. Flooded crawlspace, water in air ducts b. molds growing in the crawlspace c. structural issues d. electrical issues, plumbing problems, insulation inadequate, insufficient waterproofing after our bank gave him the money and we had to pay out of pocket again e. Hardwood flooring did not meet standards set by NWFA. Areas in the house had NO Moisture barriers, cracks in the hardwood floor, nails coming out of the hardwood floor f. Tile work poor quality with multiple lipping g. Holes in the roofing, downspouts insufficient after receding money from our bank h. HVAC issues, 7 out of 8 exhaust fan FAILED per IECC STANDARDS, HVAC air flowing freely through the walls! And a lot more…."

"We were very appreciative of the concern and measurements taken to determine where the extra downspout would be installed. We weren’t given a copy of the proposal. Mr. Allen sent someone out to do the job evidently with the wrong instructions because he put it in the wrong place. When we discovered this I tried calling him and he wouldn’t answer the phone. When he finally called 3 days later he claimed that he never said it should have gone in a different place. I knew this was going to happen. I am paying $275 for a downspout in the wrong place. Not everyone has money growing on trees. Mr. Allen is a dishonest person that we were impressed with and trusted. For two senior citizens who live on a fixed income this whole thing sucks."
