"Victor arrived at our new home which we had just closed on with a helper 5 minutes early. Having purchased the home thru foreclosure, the carpets were filthy and the exterior siding was covered with a dark algae film/ discoloration. Victor was very courteous and knowledgeable, he explained what he could do, what to expect and what each service would cost, there were no hidden charges. We had the air ducts cleaned and sanitized, the siding pressure washed, a sofa, loveseat and chair shampooed and cleaned as well as having all the carpeting pretreated, scrubbed and steam cleaned. We are ecstatic with the results! The carpets and upholstery are totally clean, look great and do not need to be replaced. The air ducts are  clean and all the dirt and film was removed from the siding. I will have these guys out again every 6 months to maintain the carpets.
