My phone died and I couldn't reach out to him but he still showed up and when I called him apologizing he was the sweetest person ever, I would say nicer than Santa Claus. He was willing to do my estimate for free. Even though I was not able to hire him because I am moving, I cannot express how nice he was to me, it was just a breath of fresh air to have someone so kind go above and beyond for me. "From the very beginning, Scott Gunter, the Hixon Company Representative, came to our home well prepared and with plans for an outdoor screened porch and to have a new roof installed. Scott delivered as he said he would, on time, and the best workmanship we could afford. Once here, theHixon crew went right to work. They were on time, quick, but yet, efficient. We couldn't be more happy with the roof. We did install a quality roof with architectural shingles. It was done in two days. "Stephen M I wanted to have some extensive work done on my Roof and I contacted Roof It Forward. The Representative who came to discuss the project was Mr. Jeremy Clendenin. He was professional, cordial, and very informative in our discussion, so I decided to have a Roof Replacement and have his company do the job with him as my representative. He then submitted his proposal which was quite comprehensive and covered all the areas & items that were necessary for the project. Jeremy liaised with my insurance and me and we agreed and accepted his proposal. Jeremy and I then agreed on a date for the project. Early on that morning the workmen came and started working on the roof, and by the evening the old shingles on the roof were removed and the new shingles installed. The workmen returned early the next morning and completed the job and removed all the debris that fell around the house and left the area clean. After the workmen were done, Jeremy came by and checked roof and the area around the house, and then contacted me to do the same. The job was done to my satisfaction, and I was quite happy with its completion. During my interactions with Jeremy, we developed a great relationship, I was able to call him anytime to discuss anything and he was always available. Jeremy is a great guy and a worthy Representative of his company ARAC Roof It Forward."

"We recently had our entire roof system replaced by PGRS and we highly recommend them! There are literally dozens of roofing companies locally, and I met with a number of them, but PGRS was by far more professional, reliable and customer service oriented than any other!! From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. Jason was the reason we decided to go with PGRS as he was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and candid about the process and his recommendations. He did not rush the first meeting and took the time to address all my concerns and questions. He was able to answer every question I had and provide realistic/ accurate timelines for our project. Since our roof damage was due to weather, we were working with our insurance company through the process, which Jason made himself available to support whenever we requested. Jason took the time too meet with our insurance adjuster and walk him through his review and assessment of the roofs state. I believe that Jasons knowledge and presence upon the insurance inspection was the key reason that our insurance covered as much as they did. He made himself available by phone at all time, even taking calls after hours for unexpected weather questions /delays. When Jason was not available to us, the owner and operations manager, Edward, made himself available, even coming out to our property to discuss some concerns. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with. In the end, we were very happy with PGRS, and their entire team, including Ceslie and Kelly in the office! We recommend PGRS above anyone else!!"

"Having lived in my house for more than a decade, replacing my roof was a big decision and I consulted many roofing companies in Atlanta for doing the job. I then met Philip Scribbins, the owner of Accent Roofing. We sat on my porch and talked for a while, and I then introduced Philip to three other homeowners in my community living in adjacent houses next to me. We had a couple of more hour-long in-person discussions with Philip. Philip helped us choose the best type of shingles for our homes. After this, all four homeowners got convinced that there are two things that stand out about Philip 1. He cares about his reputation and the fact that he is continuing his father’s business on the same strong principles laid out by his dad 2. Works very hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied. The pricing was also great. All four homeowners then entrusted with replacing our entire roof work such as replacing the shingles and gutters with Philip and his crew at Accent Roofing. Accent Roofing did a marvelous job from beginning to end of the project on all our four houses. The Accent Roofing team members; estimator Kris Coker, production assistant Lindsey Stanford; Jamie, supervisor Les Honson and other team members, clearly communicated well ahead on the schedule with us, kept us abreast of the ongoing project status, very well accommodated all our detailed individual needs, and most importantly followed-up and ensured that the work performed by them is of our utmost satisfaction. When the work was completed the only sign of them ever being there was our beautiful new roofs and gutters. I don't see how there could be any better experience in replacing a roof and gutters. They even took care of a couple small items that were not covered as well.
