A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with. The Accent Roofing team members; estimator Kris Coker, production assistant Lindsey Stanford; Jamie, supervisor Les Honson and other team members, clearly communicated well ahead on the schedule with us, kept us abreast of the ongoing project status, very well accommodated all our detailed individual needs, and most importantly followed-up and ensured that the work performed by them is of our utmost satisfaction. When the work was completed the only sign of them ever being there was our beautiful new roofs and gutters. I don't see how there could be any better experience in replacing a roof and gutters. They even took care of a couple small items that were not covered as well.
