He had all the material and dumpster drooped of in advance. At sunrise they were stripping off my roof and repairing plywood . I was at work and Cary sent me step by step pictures and constant phone interaction. End result? When I came home ,A bunch of worn our workers were loading up and A perfect job was completed. Since our roof damage was due to weather, we were working with our insurance company through the process, which Jason made himself available to support whenever we requested. Jason took the time too meet with our insurance adjuster and walk him through his review and assessment of the roofs state. I believe that Jasons knowledge and presence upon the insurance inspection was the key reason that our insurance covered as much as they did. He made himself available by phone at all time, even taking calls after hours for unexpected weather questions /delays. When Jason was not available to us, the owner and operations manager, Edward, made himself available, even coming out to our property to discuss some concerns. A few small issues did arise, as does with any project, but Jason and Edward were very quick to respond, plan and correct anything we were not happy with. In the end, we were very happy with PGRS, and their entire team, including Ceslie and Kelly in the office! We recommend PGRS above anyone else!!"
