We are a full service home or vacation cabin repair company. From handyman lists to major repairs or additions we can help. We offer online dispatching and service calls starting at $55. ( Example: We dispatch one of our pro's to your home or cabin for a leak in a bathroom. The amount of the service call quoted was $55.00. If our pro can resolve the problem within the first 30 minutes , all that is owed is the initial dispatch fee of $55.00). Note: if the problem is a larger problem, we will let you know what the problem is, what is needed to repair and what the cost is prior to proceeding. We build long lasting relationships with our clients built on trust and we do this by providing fast, cost effective results for full time resedents and absentee owners alike. Our normal billing process is taking payment for service call at the time of dispatch and if needed the balance at completion of job. For larger projects such as additions and remodels , we bid each project and payment term individually.

We typically require 1/2 down at start and 1/2 at completion but on larger jobs, we can take 1/3 down and 1/3 down at job marker and 1/3 at completion.
