Mike was a very personable guy, like your next door neighbor, very friendly and very professional. We will use Mike the next time we have any issues, and actually saw that our neighbors across the street used him about 2 weeks ago. Both jobs ran us around $650.00 including parts which was a wall mount for the TV and the outside lanai speakers which are a good quality. Thanks Mike
