"My interaction with Jordan Gast (and later with the owner Jim Briley) was first rate. Jordan was very knowledgeable, thorough and helpful in designing a solution. He also allowed me to pester him at several later times with questions and concerns. The work done (with the company owner actually participating in the project) was absolutely first rate. They left the site having created a beautiful addition to the yard that I believe will provide the drainage relief that was needed. The owner actually spent several hours digging under a buried rock to ensure optimal drain pipe placement; it would have been very easy to just run the pipe over the top of the rock but he insisted on getting it right. I believe that Jordan and Jim are both honest and competent in their work. I would not recommend anyone but them for work of this nature. I stated NA on the pricing question because I got no other quotes with which to compare because I was completely satisfied about using this company after our first meeting. We are 100% satisfied with the results."

So the crew came out to our house right on schedule and got busy solving our problems. The floor was leveled with jacks, the mold remediation was done, and we got a vapor barrier throughout the crawlspace, which helps with excess moisture in our house as well. We were very pleased with the work done by Crawlspaces and More. Yes the job was expensive, but they worked with us and the final result was a small fraction of what we Could have been charged, had we hired Trotter or Aqua Guard or any of the other well-known foundation repair companies. Crawlspaces and More lived up to their promises. I Highly recommend them to anyone who needs this type of work done to their home."

"Concrete lifting. Highly recommend. A concrete pad on the side of the garage was sinking and had dropped about 16 inches below level grade. I wanted the ground stabilized so that it would not pose a threat to the garage, and I wanted the concrete lifted as much as possible back to level. I did not expect it to be completely made level, but I hoped it would be improved as close as possible to level. Raymond and Mike did an outstanding job! Their customer focus was at the top of their priorities. They set realistic expectations and far exceeded them. They kept me involved in the key decisions all through the day. Each time I went to see their progress I kept being surprised at the level of achievement they had already met. There were problems with our slab being thin and unreinforced but they worked creatively to overcome the issues. I will see what happens with the warranty and how things progress in the future, but my expectations are good. Their word was not full of hype and marketing puffery, but if anything it was understated, realistic, and totally credible so I have a good feeling about the future of their repairs. I already recommended them to a neighbor.."
