"This is the second time that I used Jim @ crawlpaces.com  Came in the morning like we schedule cover everything with plastic so no   mess or dirt on the floor . Did his work and left,  it was like nothing happen in my basement..
In my first house we did  the encapsulation of the crawling space it make a big difference especially if you have kids with ASTHMA.
The second house we have a problem with water coming from the foundation, he did the french drain , water pump and plastic on he walls.

"We had a very difficult problem diagnostically with water leaking in our lower level. I believe that if we had gone with another company we would have tried several different fixes before finding the solution. In the long run I am sure this saved us money and a lot of aggravation. "They put a pro flo system in to prevent any further water coming in the house. They gave me a lifetime warranty.  They explained everything to me.  They cleaned up after themselves.  These guys worked so diligently to get the job done and left no mess.  Very nice experience."

"Along with new driveway they waterproofed my garage wall, that was leaking and installed diverters for the water from my roof. Would recommend them for any concrete work and waterproofing you would need done. ONLY REASON FOR 4.5 STAR IS THEY LEFT A LARGE STAIN IN THE ROAD IN FRONT OF MY HOUSE DUE TO HYDROLIC LEAK IN ONE OF THERE MACHINES. {POWER WASHER WILL NOT REMOVE IT}"

"I will definitely be rehiring Islas Masonry! As new House owners, my husband and I have a few changes to make to our home. Luckily we found Islas Masonry. We wanted to compliment our backyard with a beautiful FirePit. Islas Masonry’s response upon first contacting them was very prompt. I spoke directly with Francisco he and I selected a time for him to come out and see the project. He worked with our availability and was at our house within the same week. A few days later he was working on our backyard. He gave us the best quote and gave us options that would best work with our vision and our budget. Needless to say I was very impressed!
