"Our house is low and I was concerned about the increasing issues with water we were experiencing. Curt was very calm on the phone, explained what was going on and arranged a date for his team to come out to take a look. Mario came out, was very calm and thorough. He gave us some clear and simple steps to take in our yard which has stopped water pooling in the low points, and set a date for the water proofing work in the crawlspace. Curt gave us a reminder call a few days prior to the project starting. Jonathan and team came out on time and they worked incredibly hard over the next two days in a tight space. They were friendly and so pleasant. The day after they finished up, we had a heavy rainfall and the crawlspace stayed dry! Best of all, the space has already lost that musty odor! I had two other companies come out (one company did not even bother to get back to me with an estimate). Each company had a different opinion of what needed to be done and BDry's procedure was the least invasive and made the most sense. The team who actually did the work was very courteous and stayed until the job was done - a 12 hour process. (That was one question I didn't think to ask - approximately how long would it take) They communicated with us throughout the day, for example they asked where we wanted the sump pump to drain, instead of just making the decision.
