  2/20/2023 11:45am UPDATE I was locked out of my house. Called this company. They told me that they could come out in 15 min. After an hour I called them back and they told me they would be there in 3 min. Louis and Rufus Showed up 15-20 minutes after. After struggling to get my door open, they finally got it open and damaged my door frame. After questioning them how they planned to fix the damage, they used some type of cement to attempt to seal the crack. The frame was cracked all the way through the top and bottom portion of the door where the bolts meet the door. I explained to them that I was renting the property and the damage they caused would be an issue with my property management. I asked them if they owned the company they told me the company was owned by someone named Dexter. I asked for the number and he told me it’s the same number I called. I asked if the manager was in the office, he responded “how wouldn’t know, he is in the field”. I told him I felt that he was being smart. He then that I was only trying to get a free service and he would call the police. I told him I would not be paying for a service that I was not happy with. They caused damage to my door, and wanted me to still pay them. After me telling them that I would wait on the police since they were calling them, they drove off. I have since been calling to speak with someone at the number listed on this business and suddenly no one is answering my calls. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I will be taking legal action. 2/20/2023 12:30 pm UPDATE I kept doing research and found another number for the company. I called the number and it happened to be Dexter the owner of the company. Dexter had no idea about the interaction I had with his staff which I found very disturbing. Why would his staff not make him aware of a negative customer service experience where his staff threatened to call The police on me after damaging my door frame. I told him what happened and he asked me to send him the photos. He told me he was on his way back to the office and he would get back in touch with me. I sent the photos at 12:17pm. He responded at 1:19pm stating he received the photos. 2/20/2023 2:18pm UPDATE Dexter calls me back asking me if I had a moment to talk. I said yes. He immediately starting antagonizing me. He told me how I just couldn’t wait to leave a review. He told me that I should have showed gratitude because they got me into my house. I interrupted him explaining to him that the review was left BEFORE I spoke to him at 12pm. He was more upset about the review, but said not one thing about the damage his staff did to my door. He told me that if I have signed and paid, the receipt clearly states that they are not responsible for any damages. That’s crazy. I didn’t sign anything, nor did I pay them anything. I simply asked to speak to a manager before I would have rendered payment. After the conversation began to get heated, I informed him that I would be seeking legal action. He hung up on me.   Joshua was prompt, friendly, and efficient. He installed three door and deadbolt locks in less than one hour. We have old doors, and I found out they were not in line with the door frames. Joshua made the installation look easy. Also, the job was done on a Sunday, and the price was very fair. It did not seem there was a weekend charge on the invoice.
