"The sweeps arrived several hours later than the estimated 5 hour window given. They called three times to change the estimated arrival time and then arrived after dark the first night. There was no outside lighting at the house, and their ladder was too short to reach the roof without causing injury or damage to the vinyl siding. Therefore, they were unable to accurately assess the chimney and rain pan. They took pictures in the dark and said I needed a new rain pan and collar. They scheduled another day to come out for measurements. Meanwhile, the senior sweep repaired cracks in the firebox. He offered to paint the firebox. I asked if I could for that myself to save money. He shared the type of spray paint, high heat intensity, to purchase. The next two visits were during daylight hours and were within the given estimated time of arrival. The sweeps were courteous, professional, and appeared to be knowledgeable in their craft. "
