We started with the general idea of ‘we want a paver patio and some steps.’ Eric came out, assessed the layout, expanded on our design, provided alternatives and priced the options as requested. We picked a paver pattern and color, discussed how the steps would be installed, and agreed on a timeline. As always, ideas for changes came up during the construction and were easily accommodated; the crew handled the changes without missing a beat. Every work day seemed to be used efficiently and interactions with the crew members were pleasant and professional. Sod and pine straw were replaced so that any disturbance due to equipment was repaired. The end result is of the highest quality. We recommend Nesbit Landscape and would definitely seek their advice and services again."

"At first, everything was going accordingly, I received the check from the insurance company. I endorsed the check along with the contractor. I mailed the check to my Reverse Mortgage Company and they sent money to the contractor. When the contractor said he needed more money things went off the rails. The Reverse Mortgage Company said the Contractor needed to complete 60% or !00% of the work before more money could be disbursted. The contractor told me several times he would come back to do more work, he has not. He has not sent the Waiver of Lien form to the Insurance Co. nor the Reverse Mortgage company. The last time I spoke with the contractor he threaten a lien saying he would not send the Waiver of Lien form because it was his protection. A copy of the estimate of the work to be completed was given to the contractor several times. The contractor will not take my calls, so I send a text message and I have to wait until he text me back. On Oct 23, 2025 I requested another inspection. I contacted the contractor to let him know. The inspector called and told me he had spoken to the contractor during his previous visit and another inspection (final) was pending."

"I do not recommend, I had a banister put up and initially it looked ok however it was not sturdy, multiple issues and when I contacted Acosta to have it redone he simply used glue. Long story short within less than a year we were having to pay a contractor to totally redo the work as the banister came down!"
