I called Truway Properties about my floor problem. Don Trueblood responded quickly and was at our house within a couple of days to assess the problem. Don was very knowledgeable and explained to us what was required to level the floors which were about 2 inches out of level. He and his crew started working within a week. They worked very hard and patiently to raise the floors so as not to cause damage to other areas. Don was on site every day to check the progress of the job and measure the floor level. Don replied immediately to any phone calls we made to him. We are very happy with our now level floors. We will call Truway Properties again when we are in need of repairs or remodeling in our house.

Excellent! Very professional job with stone work completed in one day. Handrail added several days later after the concrete had time to set. Finished project makes the entire back patio and yard area look much more attractive.

Very well. The team at TrueWay did excellent work. This was our first remodel so we had a bunch of questions during the process. They were always very receptive to our questions and concerns and did everything to make us feel comfortable with the process. We can't thank them enough for the quality of work that was performed. "This review is completely untrue and unfair. We did a small drywall patch for her property manager June of 2016. She doesn't live in the area and has not seen our work! She requested we do additional work for her after the "F" review and I declined to work for her. I hope Angie's List customers will realize that 39 "A" reviews over a five year period and "Super Service Awards" every year means we don't do those type of things? The first bathroom went okay. In the second bathroom, to install the new ventilator fan required that the ceiling be taken out to allow the re-doing duct work and rewiring of the ventilation fan. Then he was to repair the ceiling and paint. The workman fixing in the bathroom improper. He replaced the tile floor first, and i stopped the work man because I knew how messy the ceiling would be. He wanted to fix the bathroom, install the tile, mirror, the light fixture and then do the ceiling. I told the owner and the project manager that the ceiling should be done first. I had to get the project manager and the owner to stop him. In tearing out the ceiling, a different worker for the duct work didn't cover the floor and gypsum got into the tile work. The grout work required a couple trips from a worker to clean out the gypsum. Now the paintwork on the ceiling is terrible. I can see seems that are improper and a white stripe going down the center of the ceiling. It's not level and it's not done properly. No amount of painting work is going to cover patch work they did in the ceiling. He had total control of replacing the entire ceiling. I had to watch all the workers to make sure they got everything done. They used my bathtubs as trashcans and they got scuffed up. Everything I told TrueWay, the owner never got relayed to the works. It was hard to talk to the first workman who worked in the second bathroom, because he didn't speak English.

Sometimes it takes multiple coats of drywall mud and sanding on older homes. That is what it took there. I know what matters on a review are your thoughts but the quality is there on the final product. Both baths are beautiful and all the extras we did were done to your high quality standards! The cooktop, the extensive master shower floor repairs and vent fans all were done flawlessly. Seems like you are judging the entire project on a small bathroom ceiling? Did you get the card in the mail for the complimentary longhorn steak house dinner for 2 ? thank you"

It went great! I thought I was going to need to replace the skylight, but technician examined it and felt that it was more a matter of repairing the flashing and resealing the existing skylight. We've had 2 big rainstorms since and NO Leaks!! The company, especially Cari, was a pleasure to deal with!

We had a great experience with Trueway. Every worker was professional, considerate and expert in their area. They all offered us design ideas along the way and incorporated our wishes (like adding a shower bench mid renovation!) to make the renovation better than we imagined. The bathroom looks more like a spa now, and that is more than we hoped at the start. We were told it would take about 3-4 weeks..and that is exactly what it took. There were no cost surprises and we ended up with a great master bath.

. Their work was not cheap, but it was excellent. They handled all of the problems that we identified in a thorough walk-through with Don Trueblood, the owner, and felt confident is his sincerity and competence. While we were out of town after packing up the house and clearing it for Trueway's work, they communicated clearly as they worked and coordinated with out agent to make sure that all needed work was done. A couple of unexpected problems were found, but they were clearly documented and not unexpected. The project manager did a great job, even initiating changed that were improvements with no extra cost. The job was to get the house sale-ready, and they did that magnificently. The house was listed one day and we had an offer $3000+ over listing the next day. the place looked great, better that the day that we moved in. We also set an asking price of almost $10,000 over comps to cover the work being done, feeling the the house was an excellent property in a great location, and if the place looked good, we would get the asking price. In the end, we got even more. I highly recommend that you get a bid from Trueway and meet Don if you are thinking of home renovation or restoration. It was a delight working with them.
