"The latest visit diagnosed a failed ignition valve which needed to be ordered and replaced. They arrived promptly, assessed, diagnosed and ordered the parts immediately. It only took a few days for the parts to arrive and they were able to schedule me in for the service call. The first technician was able to maintain the ignition valve until the new part was available, which was directly responsible for heating my home. The second technician installed the part and was able to assist me in some technical updates on the app and digital thermostats. I learned so much from Michael and appreciated his knowledge and patience. He also fixed a safety issue on the second level and adjusted the air flow for the system. The system sounds so much quieter. It was a warranty issue with no cost."

External noises generally include incremental weather, disturbing neighbors, and street traffic. Inside noises require you to soundproof floors, ceilings, and doors, whereas outside noises may require you to soundproof your attic, windows, and walls facing the streets.

Ceiling fan installation costs can vary widely based on factors such as the height of the ceiling, whether there's existing wiring, and local labor rates. Generally, one should pay between $100 and $300 for professional installation.

If you’re removing a ceiling fan without visible screws, start by locating the fan canopy—a round cover placed above the fan blades and motor. There should be a thin ring that can be turned counterclockwise to remove the canopy and reveal the screws. After unscrewing the fan, you can disconnect the wires and remove the entire fan from the mounting hardware. For safety, make sure the fan switch is turned off before you remove the canopy. It may be easier to remove the fan blades first, too.

If the fan doesn’t have a switch, connect the white wire from the ceiling to the white wire from the fan; connect the green wire to the ground wire; connect both black wires; and connect both blue wires. If yours has a switch, the white and green wires are connected the same way. However, connect the ceiling’s red wire to the light’s black wire and the ceiling’s black wire to the fan’s black wire.
