Affordable Remodeling & Roof

Best experience we’ve had with a contractor. Roof looks amazing! Done in a day and left no sign they were even here aside from the drastically improved roof. Took down a load bearing wall and did minimal damage to the ceiling. Had it done in half a day. Referred two other great contractors for projects they don’t handle. Their prices never changed throughout the process. Showed up on time for both projects. Work is quality and I will be hiring again! Couldn’t be happier.

It went better than expected due to condition of windows. They completely removed all damaged wood and when completed the windows appeared as New. Great supervision and all employee's worked tirelessly. Upon job completion the entire area of the house was cleaned with no trash or remnants of work was found. Company owner came and inspected the job when completed.

From start to finish, we could not have asked for a better job! Affordable Remodeling came in with the lowest quote and exceeded our expectations for what could be done in our house. Shane Kemp was good to provide prompt, detailed quote, and offer sources for best prices on items. Crew arrived on April 27, and was quick to cover all affected areas with plastic to protect household items. Demo went quickly, and each day crew was on site, they were good to work quietly and efficiently, cleaning up after each day's work. Shane stayed in communication, providing us timetable of when to expect workers and scope of project progress. Crew finished on May 13, and we could not be happier with the finished project. We now have a beautiful kitchen, master bath, master bedroom, and even a refreshed garage landing - all thanks to Affordable Remodeling.

The entire process was great.  I was able to get a quote from them prior to closing on the house so I had a firm idea of what I was in for prior to closing.  They started the week after I closed and hit the ground running.  They have multiple talented crews (carpenters, painters, electricians, etc) that come in and get the job done quickly and done right.  At times it seems like chaos as they had so many people work on the house, but they all move fluidly like a choreographed dance.  They were very flexible and provided great guidance on things to do now to avoid headaches later (such as using flat paint to make touch ups easier between tenants), but also helped me stick to a tight budget by sharing their experiences with me and suggesting some things that don't need to be changed (such as a complete bathroom remodel of a functioning unit).  
Both Shane and David shared their cell phones with me and stayed in touch with text and email when I was not at the job site.  Living close by, I was able to observe Shane checking in on the site in the mornings as I was dropping my daughter off at school.  Any time I brought anything to their attention they were quick to address it (such as the location of the bumpers on the cabinets and some moisture that came through the window during pressure washing). 
It has been an amazing transformation and I am started getting calls from potential tenants before the unit was officially on the market.
This is what I have come to expect working with the folks at Affordable over the last 5 years - Shane, Ricky, David, Julie - all of them are always willing to step up to help and go the extra mile to make sure that I am satisfied.  This is why they have replaced my last two roofs, my church's roof, and remodeled my mother's home.  Best of all, they are competitively priced and will get the job done expeditiously.  I won't do any other projects without getting a quote from them first.

They were great. I couldn't have asked for a better group of guys. I will never use another contractor i will always call affordable remodeling and roofing for anything i have from now on.

I had been looking for a reliable contractor for a long time because i was skeptical of hiring and entrusting just anyone with my kitchen remodel project. A friend of mine recommended Affordable Remodeling and Roofing because of their professionalism as well as effectiveness. She herself had had her basement remodeled and it looked so beautiful. The detailing in each aspect was absolutely phenomenal. I called Affordable on the April 2nd and they started on my project on April 4th. The project Manager went over every little detail with me ( Including pricing) and the time allocation. My project was run very smoothly. Their crew was very detail oriented and courteous. They re-did everything in my kitchen ( floors, sinks, cabinets, counter-tops and painting). Their price is hard to beat, hence their name Affordable!!! My kitchen looks AMAZING!!
