I am a contractor and was advised they needed help with some of their houses needing remodel and roofs installed. Upon meeting with Billy John’s and his secret I was sent to 3 locations to bid jobs. After turning in bids and a few days later I was told by his secretary that everything was approved and when could I start which I told her a date for all 3 jobs. After a week of calling the office and nobody returning my calls I decided to try the owner once again and was told that he just decided to give the jobs to someone else because he “ never heard back” from me. This company and owners definitely don’t hold up to their word on anything. After speaking to other contractors in the area I was also advised they don’t like to pay when jobs are completed and find every excuse not to pay.

I purchased a used mobile
home for my daughter from Taylor Repo. Knowing it was a repo the Owner Denny
Taylor stated to me, my husband and the loan officer that I borrowed the money
from that everything would be fixed before it was delivered. NOTHING was completed!
The carpet has glue stains, the register vents are full of food, dirt
silverware, etc.Absolutely Disgusting! It is roach infested, paint overspray
everywhere windows not installed or fixed correctly. the list goes on. I have
taken pictures of the things he Promised to fix. We paid 15,000.00 plus my
daughter paid 1050.0 in taxes. they didn't install all the tie downs, only 2 on
each end. They furnished NO STEPS, no underpinning. they jacked it up high
enough to remove their axles and blocked it and left! I have contacted the
owner several times and he has not tried to resolve any issues. We have spent
over 100.00 in trying to get rid of all the roaches! When we expressed our
interest he assured us that everything would be fixed - he lead us to believe
this, once he got the check from the bank they NEVER went back in to complete
the job! I am extremely dissatisfied with this company! I never even got a copy
of any paper work from them. They cashed the checks and now avoid any further responsibilities!
