They seemed responsive and on time, with Vic, the owner there to review both before and just after. I had protected (from rain the day after the install) some leftover materials that he came and picked up. HOWEVER, when I tried to contact him (via email, text and phone) a few days later regarding a broken downspout that I wanted them to repair, I couldn't get a hold of him at all. His voicemail box was full, the person who answered the phone said she was "sort of" the answering service, and emails and texts went unanswered. At this point, I am wondering if the quality of my roof is good. I have no idea why he disappeared, as I have used that company in the past. I am looking to get the roof inspected to be sure they didn't leave me with a $5000 mess!

Vic was very responsive and reasonable in repairing our branch-punctured roof. I will definitely reach out when it's time for a new roof or another repair.

Jeff called me back the day of my initial request and set up an appointment for the next day.
Jeff showed up on time for the meeting.  Reviewed the issue and explained the fix he expected it to take.  Jeff said he would get me a proposal that evening.  
I had a second company come in and chose them as they were able to do the work that day.  I would have no reservations suggesting that Liberty be included if getting quotes for roofing work.

They were  on time and courteous. They called ahead of  time to let us know their arrival time. They checked over the roof and let  me know that the roof was fine but I needed the skylights replaced. I appreciated that they told me the roof was in goodcondition  since I would have had no idea. They saved me money this way.

After agreeing to their quote, we set up the time for the repairs to be done.  They sent out a team to perform the work.  They were on time and professional.  The work was done quickly and we are satisfied with the results.  The two man team was really not working that long at all.  The only negative that I would find with this experience was that the time they spent performing the repairs, did not seem to match up correctly with the pricing.  It was a bit pricy for the work done and amount of time spent doing it.  I think I would go to these guys again in the future if there is a need.

I purchased a BIG DEAL Aug 28, 2013. The roofer did not install my new roof until six months later. After installation, there were numerous damages and 2 new leaks developed in less a month. That prompts me to get an inspection to determine if everything was done properly.
I called Liberty Roofing and the office dispatch my information to the owner. The owner called me in about 3 hours. We talked about the situation and I inquire about the inspection deal found on Angie's List. He told me there is another more detail inspection costs $50 more.
I called back asking to schedule an appointment. Pretty quickly, I got my appointment set up. Jeff, the roofer, came out as scheduled. He understands the situation. I show him the two new spots. He also asked me to show him the attic to see if there is any visible poor workmanship. He then went outside to get up to the roof. Apparently the crew did a decent job on my roof, everything seems right. Then I asked him about the damage to the sidings. He promptly check the workmanship and found out that the roofer did not install the flashing. He told me to check my contract to make sure it was stated on the contract. It did. BUT the roofer did not replace the old flashing and yet they damaged the sidings along the flashing. Then along the chimney area, the flashing was also not installed.
That's cheating on the other roofer! I would not have known this if not for all these troubles and damages the other roofer have done to my property!
After inspection, Jeff send me pictures and a report in the same day!!
I wish I used Liberty Roofing to install my new roof!

Vic and his team were professional. We are pleased with the work done.

Very professional. Did not just do a cursory look around but actually crawled into the attic and on the roof.

I was contacted by Jeff McBride the morning after I purchased the online deal,  but it was raining, so he came the following morning. 
Mr.McBride arrived promptly, on Thurs a.m.,  inspected the roof, and sealed around the skylight which had developed some leaks.
The skylight is over 25 yrs old, and even with the new seal  - I must wait until the next heavy rain to see if all is well. If not, I will call Liberty Roofers to remove the skylight and replace it with roofing.

He was honest and straight forward with the appraisal of the problem. He didn't immediately want to replace the whole roof. Once the work was started he discovered that a section of  wood had broken. He took care of that immediately and had the shingles replaced. Everything was done in a timely manner.

This
company is based in Atlanta. However, they  set up a temporary
office in knoxville after our hail storm. They went out of business as soon as the overhead and profit final payment date was near.
The Knoxville office knocked on our door, said they would do the work for the
insurance proceeds. They installed the roof without replacing the skylights,
did not use the person we told them to for the lightening protection system,
which then caused it to rain on the inside of our house. They never repaired
the water damage to the inside of our house as of this date and went out of
business. In addition, the project manager quit, showed up at our house wanting
the overhead and profit for the roof. They overcharged us by $1492.30 and then
I had to pay $250.00 out of my pocket to fix the water damage to my ceiling.
Now I have to find someone to install the skylights and pay for labor that I
was already charged for in the cost of the roof. Not sure what good the two
year warranty is worth, since they are no longer in business. Will update this
as I try to get a resolution from Liberty Roofing in Atlanta.
Beware of any company called Liberty Roofing. Always use local, established,
contractors. Even if they have a local office, check them out through Angies
List and BBB
