"Applications were completed on 8/9/16, our grass has a magnificent green color to it and is getting thicker. Will need additional applications to get the weeds in control but we are satisfied with the results so far. We would recommend this service to other customers."

"Mr. Rivers called immediately when I put in a request for pest control and was able to come the next morning. He was prompt, kind, and professional. He search for entry points for pests and rodents and put down bait in areas that the pests and rodents like to hide, but not viable or accessible to humans or pets. He was in and out in half an hour, and reasonably priced. Will call again if needed."

"I have a contract with them so I have to use them again. It pays for itself eventually if you get good repair people. You don't control who they send."

"First let me say I am quite satisfied with the service provided.
The only 2 negative things I have to report are:
1. They were supposed to come out on a Thurs and didn't show up, didn't call.. When I contacted Dennis about it Thurs night and told him I needed the yard mowed in time for a BBQ Fri evening, he rearranged his schedule for Fri to make sure they got to my yard in time. He informed me that they didn't show up Thurs because of an auto accident. The 1 day delay was no problem for me, but I do wish I had been contacted when they realized they wouldn't make it out.
2. They were supposed to spray some weed treatment stuff on the outside of my fenced backyard. Dennis said it should kill everything back there but it hasn't really done anything.. I still have vines and other broad leaf weeds coming over the fence. I'm actually not 100% sure if they sprayed or not (I was not at home when they came), since they may have had to rush to finish the job by Fri. Either way, the price for just the mowing was competitive in this area so this was not a problem for me.
Update 7/30/13: Dennis did contact me about coming to respray, said they are using a different product now that is more effective. We havent set up a time for them to come retreat yet, but I will post here after they do about how it worked. It does make sense to me that all the rain we were having would make the initial treatment less effective, hopefully now that it has dried out a bit and isn't raining every day, the next treatment will work! I very much appreciate the offer to come treat the area again at no charge."

Different pest control methods exist to help mitigate an infestation. Not every technique will work with every pest, which is why speaking with a pest control expert is crucial to taming your problem. Different methods of pest removal include:
Heat treatments
Freezing treatments
Traps
Barriers
Chemical pesticides
Fumigation
Rodenticides
Mechanical devices
Repellants
The cost of pest control is $175 for the average homeowner. However, you could spend as little as $100 or as much as $500 or more, depending on the infestation size, the number of visits you need, and the pest you’re exterminating.
For example, if you need to rid your home of spiders, you’ll likely be spending between $100 and $300. However, if you have a termite problem, you can expect a bill of $230 to $2,500 or more, depending on the infestation size and damage caused.
Animal removal specialists specialize in removing critters and wildlife from in and around your home. These include:
Bats
Birds
Groundhogs
Moles and voles
Opossums
Mice and rats
Raccoons
Skunks
Squirrels
The specialist's method to remove these critters will depend on the animal. For example, groundhogs will be live-trapped and relocated, whereas, for birds, the expert will remove and discard the inactive nest and sanitize the area.
Professional animal removal costs between $200 and $600 for average homeowners. However, depending on the type and number of critters removed, this cost could range from $85 to $1,400.
This cost does not include the cost of home damage caused by the animal, which could be as low as $300 for minor drywall repair or as much as $15,000 for crawl space cleaning and restoration.
Even if you’re not immediately showing signs of pests, it’s a good idea to get into the habit of routine pest control. This should be done yearly, quarterly, bi-monthly, or monthly, depending on your location and if any signs of infestation are already present. For example, if you live by water, you might experience more pests in the spring and summer than someone who lives in a dry climate. Discuss treatment options with your pest professional to determine a suitable schedule for you and your home.
