Every service falls around the same day of each week you are scheduled, with weather permitting it does, that way you can keep track of the day we will be there. Unfortunately, we cannot give you a specific time the crew will be there due to our high volume of customers and how our system works there is no ideal way for this to happen. We apologize for this inconvenience, but we hope our work ethics and our willingness to go above and beyond exceeds these minor issues."

"Hey Ms. Brandi this is Ben, I am sorry you feel this way about the work that was done. I believe the expectations would have been more clear if I could have met with you personally instead of your husband trying to explain what you wanted. The additional items that were added to the original estimate were 2-16 ton loads of rock that we talked about getting for you but your husband insisted that he could handle that himself. The rock was to be used to gain access to the yard at the far gate to avoid driving over the driveway with heavy equipment. When we showed up on the agreed start date there was a standard truck bed worth of rock (1 ton) in the area where we were planning to access the property, therefore we had no choice but to add rock. Seeding is very important to prevent erosion, especially after a grading job of this size and since the yard has yet to be seeded 4 months after the job has been completed I am sure there are ditches and pooling in the yard. I requested half of the payment after %75 of the work was complete because I talked to another contractor that had a bad experience doing work at this particular site.
