Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. "It was fine. My computer was virus ridden and he worked on it for over an hour. He was a very nice gentleman and tried everything. At the end of the day my computer was not working. I do not blame him, he really tried his best. He came as soon as I called him. There were no additional charges. He was upfront about the money.
