One time they actually came back out and recleaned the entire house. I did use carpet cleaning service from them once and did not like it. I got better results renting a machine from Lowes and doing the carpets myself. The house cleaning was great though. Has to reclean the shower after they left. Overall dusting and mopping was good. I will use again but I will be much more specific if I see areas that are not cleaned well."
