In my first house we did  the encapsulation of the crawling space it make a big difference especially if you have kids with ASTHMA.

Curt was very calm on the phone, explained what was going on and arranged a date for his team to come out to take a look. Mario came out, was very calm and thorough. He gave us some clear and simple steps to take in our yard which has stopped water pooling in the low points, and set a date for the water proofing work in the crawlspace. Curt gave us a reminder call a few days prior to the project starting. Jonathan and team came out on time and they worked incredibly hard over the next two days in a tight space. "Make sure the person giving the estimate explains exactly what it looks like. They did not bring their own water to mix the cement. We had to remove the water tank so that they could work and ended up hauling water from the neighbors house."
