"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

The Tybee Handyman is a general small repair and maintenace company. We specialize in punch list and "honey do" type projects. We also do home network and high speed internet setup and repair, including on-hand spare routers and DSL equipment. We have a vacation/absentee owner house watch program with monthly visits. And we have solid working relationships with electricians, plumbers, A/C technicians, appliance repair people and other services.
"Stephen Street (aka Tybee Handyman) is the best and the go to person for handyman services on Tybee Island. I have hired him 4 times and continue to hire him. I am never disappointed. He does the work in a timely and professional manner at a very reasonable cost. He is a real asset to Tybee Island and us long distance and local owners are really lucky to have him available to us. Wil from WM reviewed the job with me and provided a quote. He was able to get it done within three weeks, which was great. His crew cut the tree down quickly and safely with minimal mess. After the tree was down, they did a good job cleaning up and then ground up the stump. Overall, I am very happy with their service."
