DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, RUN My landlady hired this company for some reason to fix a leak, and replace 2 showers. The job was a 12k, urgent job. 3 weeks later, and my bathrooms and apartment are still destroyed (pics below). They have missed so many days and consistently been late. Days they say they will show up, they wont. There is no urgency or respect for the customer. On day 16 I called to ask, and I was cussed out by Max Sikes, and he threatened to quit the job. All I did was ask to work faster, as I hadn?t had a shower or toilet for SIXTEEN DAYS. Fast forward a day later when they show up (2 HOURS LATE). They dont even work a full day and again, dont finish the job. I asked them to stop by asap to finish. They told me no, theyd be back monday. I could not find Devin or their company?s plumbing license #, and they would not give them to me. They have been fired for all of this, and I will be filing reports against them as high up as possible.

Situation was made worse 40 minutes after the service. He said heâ d have to charge me again to come back and sent a number for another plumber.

Amphibious blushing was great. Max was professional and pricing was very fair. Was having issues with drainage and he took care of it with 2 toilets and 2 showers. Snaked and then put the seal around both toilets.

I had a water heater on my third floor that I wanted to replace with a tankless option. Max was very knowledgeable about what would make sense for the amount of â productionâ needed for that floor. He was able to remove my old heater and install the new one, which needed additional bracket support, within a day. He was great to work with and I would highly recommend him.

Recently when my old water heater failed, I decided to explore tankless options. Max proved to be very knowledgeable and helped me realize that not only would this be viable, but I could also consider an outdoor install. He explained in detail each phase of his planned work and the expected cost, and in the course thereof, his expertise and honesty was obvious. Perhaps more importantly, Max was also clear about contingency possibilities once the project was underway (like maybe needing to extend my gas line). Plus his price was less than another estimate from a company that tried to steer me away from tankless (I think only because they aren't very experienced with this type of system). I am completely satisfied with the quality of Max's work, and highly recommend this company.
