DISCUSS HIS CHARGES UP FRONT! Provided me a $200.00 Invoice for service call without any upfront discussions. (No repairs ) Paid 2K plus to him for gas log install a few years back, after having a gas smell at the tank I called him to inspect. After 3 appointment NO shows Billy shows up and discovers the tank has a leak at the gauge due to corrosion. When leaving he noted, send me your email address so I can send you an invoice. Up to this point there was no discussion of his service charge (note that I had the smell of gas since installation) . After sending the email I receive a $200.00 invoice. When I questioned the charge and advised him that it would have been good business to let me know that's his trip charge is 200.00. His only comment provided back is that the bill is $200.00 Find someone else to do your gas log work is my suggestion. Be transparent with your customers Billy - If there is a miss understanding be willing to talk through it..

This was the best customer service, I have ever received. Billy Underwood is as professional as you can get. I have GSP lined up for three more jobs already.

Gaslog Solutions were able to assist with the design concept that I had along with completing my paver project to align my vision of the gas firepit, and an area for my bbq grill area. They did a phenomenal job. They completed my project within a couple weeks. Thank you.

I ran across this business and let me tell you it was the best thing I could have done! I have had some bad experiences in the past with other companies not making my wishes come true, however this owner changed my mind. He was great with communication, he helped me understand different aspects and the best place for the install, he was adorable, and probably the greatest thing about him was the respect he showed. I will definitely be buying from him again in my future!
