Tree Removal
Steve and his crew showed up when he said he would start. His climber/cutter amazed me with how he dropped my trees. We had a lot of rain coming into the job but they took care of my yard and didn’t tear it up with the tractor. My yard was raked and cleaned everyday before they left and the climber/cutter would walk the yard and let me know when he would be back. Great work, Best price around.

They didn?t show up the first day and didn?t even call to tell me. I called and they said they might come tomorrow unless it rains and there was rain. I went to the store in the morning and got home and they already had a few down. I was like, ?wow, you didn?t even call me and let me know you were coming.? After spending $15,600.00 for the job, he got his check and left his guys to finish on the last day and they didn?t stump grind two trees like he did and they are still above the ground. I called and he?s basically blowing me off and doesn?t care about coming back and fixing it.

The owner came with a crew, but instead of using a lift truck, he used a tractor to take down a large tall oak tree. He broke limbs in the tree behind the one he knocked down leaving the large limbs still hanging. He promised to come back, but he never did. He also broke blocks that were in a circle for burning paper and yard trash. He was gone for over an hour buying replacement blocks, leaving his two man crew wondering where he was. Did an excellent job of getting the tree cut down but due to rain and yard being wet left before clean up of the tree. Crew was to return to remove cut tree from back yard. That was a year and a half ago. Made several phone calls to Steve about his returning to finish getting the tree removed from my back yard. That was over a year and a half ago and tree still in back yard. I am on a limited budget and do not have the funds to pay someone else for the tree removal. I made the mistake of paying him the day he took the tree down. Would not use him again.

Estimate was well below two other providers, and it is now clear why. Had to reschedule because their tractor was in need of repair. They came, and though they knew the area was damp, they moved my shed, made my backyard into a monster truck rally scene, then said it was too wet and needed to come back. They came back, downed the tree, ground the root, but then left most of the tree there, spanning my property and public wetlands. They are not equipped to do complex jobs (cherry picker, tracked vehicle). Be certain to have them walk you though how they plan to execute the job.

"the home owners pushed us to do the job .when is was obviously too wet. backyard was a swamp before we got in it the people said they wanted the tree down no matter what. they were very wishy-washy about the tree I was lucky to get my tractor back out of their backyard. are you home owners had no clue what it took to get the tree out .I even moved a little handy house for them so would not get damaged by Street did not charge for the handi house removal just can't make some people happy."
