Andrew from ACM Home Repairs responded the same day to provide an estimate. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable about the repairs that had to be done. His quote was ready that same day, and he followed up to see if we had any questions or concerns about his proposal. In the past I have done my own repairs around the house. So, I was concerned about finding someone who would do quality work. We decided to hire ACM Home Repairs. The cost of the work was reasonable, and I was impressed with Andrew’s professionalism, and how he handled his business. Once the work started, any concerns I had were put at ease. Andrew was professional and easy to work with. After each phase of the project, I inspected the work and noticed areas where Andrew had paid attention to the details. They did a spectacular job on two sets of concrete stairs leading up to our house and a retaining wall that runs the length of our property in front of our house -- in other words, it's a high-aesthetic area and it looks spectacular ( ! ). Cisco and his crew work unbelievably hard and they finished on-time and on-budget. They were also mindful and sensitive to our family's needs and our neighbors throughout the project. Finally, they had to get creative with an old tree stump and somehow figured a way to work around it without impacting the job whatsoever.
