"I had been considering converting my tub/shower combo into a walk-in shower for nearly two years. I received quotes from 3 companies, including Westshore Homes direct competitor. Westshore wasn't the cheapest but all 3 companies were in the same range for what I wanted done. I finally decided to give Westshore the bid and boy am I glad I did. For me it was the level of professionalism from beginning to end. They honestly made me feel like I was their most important customer throughout the entire process. CASSIE CASTEEL was the person I met initially and I cannot say enough about her. She was friendly, personable, knowledgable, relatable and so easy to talk too. It was like having brunch with my best friend. She spent hours with me to ensure I would end up with the shower of my dreams at a price we could both live with. Her customer service is exceptional. From the initial visit through scheduling and the completed project. She was there every step of the way. On the day of install, AYOUB and IBRAHEM arrived at 9:00 AM as promised. I immediately felt at ease with them both. They looked at the project and explained in great detail what would become my new dream shower. They went over the list of materials, how things would progress and asked if I had any questions. Of course I did and I will say they answered everyone of them in great detail. I knew I was in good hands! They laid down floor protectors and other coverings to ensure no damage was done to my home and they were off. 8 hours later, after many questions and sneek peeks, I had the shower of my dreams. To say I was in awe of the workmanship is an understatement. I am very detail-oriented and extremely picky so I was expecting to have a list of things to nitpick. Honestly, I couldn't find a thing! AYOUB went over the final numbers, financing and instructions on how to maintain this beautiful new shower. He was certain to make sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. We shook hands and he thanked me for my business. Working with Westshore Homes and their amazing team was a blessing. I got exactly what I asked for in 8 hours and I was able to still work from home as they were doing it. It was one of the best remodel experiences I have ever been involved with.
