I strongly do not recommend this cleaning services We requested for a move in deep cleaning and it is a poor and very bad experience. We did not bargain on the price because we expected a clean house. But, Most of the rooms in the house are untouched and un cleaned. Kitchen gas top is greasy and not even wiped. They did not wipe dust in the rooms, didnt Vacuum carpet properly, we had to do another round of vacuum and cleaning, ended up cleaning 3 hours by ourselves. I complained to the owner and she did not care to do anything. She said she will come to visit the house right after I complained, never showed up nor responded. Not worth $340 for a move in deep clean. Do not waste your money.

"It is necessary to do things in order as to have proof. The client concerns are very important to us. We do apologize when attention is not given immediately, even though the clinets concerned we’re put into action yet they were requesting to attend at a specific time and last minute specific day which makes it harder when the day is full or busy. This is why it is very important to schedule a date of visit and provide pictures of the parts that weren’t done. The employees are been instructed of what they need to be doing and the importance of clients satisfaction. Last, we contacted the client and ask what will make him/her feel better in order to help with his/hers concerns, we agree to help and yet the client expected more then a fair deal for both sides the client responding was adding price to the job as of knowing how cleaning service works yet not including more details allowing us to understand that the client as having misconception of some extra details. And this is why client refused to the offer not understanding extra details that didn’t allow us to go down to what he wanted to make the client feel satisfied with the service. We do apologize."
