I had a towel warming rack installed in the bathroom and a light hung on my cement loft ceilings, and they did it effortlessly in about 2 hours. Only afterwards did I realize that while getting the OK from my HOA, Dependable had to contact their own insurance company to get my HOA listed as additionally insured (at the request of my insufferable HOA). This was not easy nor cheap but I never heard any complaints from Dependable about it. Luckily, their insurance company waived the $200 fee but I am so impressed that Dependable did not once give up or drop the job because of something ridiculous that my HOA was demanding."

Mr. Green showed up to look at the ceiling and give an estimate the day after we called him, and he offered to start work the following day. Throughout the process, Mr. Green was professional, patient, competent, trustworthy, and thorough. He educated us about what he would be doing, answered all of our (admittedly ignorant) questions about mudding and drywall, and even accelerated the project to finish earlier than planned when we realized our movers would be arriving a day earlier than expected. It is worth noting that because we were living elsewhere at the time, we entrusted Mr. Green and his company with the keys to our home because we felt confident we were in good hands.
