"Resurfaced a shower. It looks fantastic! Company could do a better job with communication. We moved everything from the shower, but didn't know that the coating would go everywhere in our bathroom. Door knobs now have a film on them as well as other surfaces in the bathroom. I would have taken everything out of the bathroom had I known. The service man did not communicate what would be happening, such as going through our bedroom to open a window to put a large exhaust pipe out the window. I am not upset, but communication could have been much better."

"Jimmy did an excellent job refinishing a garden tub in an investment property I just purchased. The finished product looked brand new. The only constructive criticism I have is for Jimmy to do better explaining the overall refinishing process (before, during and after) the job is completed. The reason being, I was not initially aware that all of the paper covering that Jimmy put down to protect all of the items in the bathroom needed to remain for 48 hours so when I saw Jimmy's "completed" job I was a not frustrated to find all the paper coverings in my bathroom. I thought all of that would have been completed by Jimmy prior to him leaving my property. However, once I called him he explained why everything was left covered and came back the very next day and cleaned up everything. Overall, it was a positive experience and Jimmy's workmanship was excellent."
