Mr. Williams was very prompt; he was at my place to evaluate the furniture within 2 days, even though he said he was having an extraordinarily busy week. He also had the work done within a week, and even dropped the furniture back off the day that he completed it!!!!

He has exceptional integrity. He really knew how to match up the colors and to restore finishes. He is very talented in his field. He follows through on everything that he said he will do which is wonderful.

I spilled nail polish remover on my dresser and it ruined the finish. Movers nicked one of my night stands very badly and I inadvertently damaged the other one with a candle. I had some minor nicks on my kitchen table and a small imprint (I don't know how it got there) on my entertainment center. I called Furniture and Cabinet Care (after hours ) and Mr. Alvin call me the next morning. He came to my house the next day at the time we agreed upon and assessed the damaged and recommended that I just use Endust on the table and the entertainment center and not waste my money on repair because the damage was minor. He gave me an estimate of $375 to repair the other items. He and an assistant came to my house that afternoon to retrieve my furniture for repair. He called me a few days later and told me that he had to strip the dresser because it reacted with the chemicals he was using. He only charged me for the material and not the labor because he did not know that I put polyurethane on the dresser when I tried to repair it myself. He told me my furniture would be ready the next week and it was. Mr. Alvin restored my furniture to its original glory. He did an excellent job. He was very professional and a very nice man!

I couldn't be more pleased with his quality work. I had made many calls about refinishing my existing cabinets to other companies, before I found Mr. Williams on Angieslist. No other company wanted to work with what I had. They either specialized in replacing or adding additional facings to cabinets. Mr. Williams is gifted, and takes pride in matching finishes and restoring beauty to surfaces.

The foot rest on our sofa recliner had come off of the frame due to the screw holes/bolts stripping out. I called the company on a Monday and spoke with Mr. Williams who suggested that the board would have to be replaced. He estimated that it would cost about $50.00. This is what I expected would need to be done. He was planning to be in Warner Robins on Wednesday so we arranged for him to come and pick up the foot rest then. Later, Mr. Williams called me back and asked for the measurements of the board and suggested he might be able to fix it on-site and thereby complete the repair sooner. He called beforehand to let me know he was on his way and then arrived as expected and was very courteous. After examining the foot rest, he suggested that it be reused by flipping it over and drilling new holes and redoing the anchor bolts. He completed the repair within about an hour and charged $30.00, saving us $20.00.

Within two hours orf our initial call, Mr. Williams was at the house to measure and give us an estimated cost. He spent the next day fabricating the shelf and acquiring the parts he needed. He made every effort to match the existing hinges and knobs and the resultant cabinet doors blend in perfectly with the existing doors. The installation was set for 9 AM and Mr. Williams arrived promptly and spent two hours completing the job. He made sure that all surfaces were level and strongly anchored to the cabinet and the studs in the wall. We will certainly continue to call on Mr. Williams for any work we need in this area and highly recommend him.

When he returned the door as promised it looks like new and blends in perfectly with the other doors. He demounted and mount ed the door and even provided a missing unique hinge for no charge. We have just given him a rocker, dining room chair, file cabinet and another cabinet door.
