Eamon was a real professional to work with. In the initial interview I was somewhat taken back about his age. But I came to realize very fast that he was a seasoned pro. He did everything he said he was going to do, at the right time, on schedule, and as the quote was outlined. There was a minor hiccup, not much to say about, but other than that I would recommend this firm to anyone with a mold problem, and or water damage.

We had standing water in our basement from a bad thunderstorm, so we started calling around. RDR was the only company to ensure they could be out the same day. Their team was on site within 3 hours to assess the extent of the damage. Every technician was cleanly dressed, professional, and definitely knew what they were doing! We are so happy we decided to go with RDR. Words can't express how much it meant to have a company care for our home and situation so much. They were able to get the water out and the space drying so quickly and it helped so much with the mitigation and restoration we had to do. I would highly recommend Real Diehl Restoration.
