DO NOT USE THIS VERY DISHONEST COMPANY! PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS THEY ARE VERY HONEST REVIEWS. I am Not one to give companies a bad reviews. But this company deserves it. Let me first saw I’m filing with the BBB and then filing a small claims lawsuit. These people are extremely dishonest. They came out last year in March to do a complete re plum, and exterior sewer line hookup. It took them almost 2 months to complete, mind you I had no use of facilities. They told me to use the bathroom at my house next door. A job that should have been done in two days took them two months. . They would come once a week, show up and sit in their car for an hour on the phone. Then work for a few hours between their time sitting on there phone on social media. They smoked on my property leaving cigarette butts everywhere, came to work high and even drank on the job. I have Cameras all over my property. Thank god i saved all my video footage. During my re pipe the plumber broke my sink by tightening the bolt too tight and cracked the porcelain. They drilled multiple holes in my hardwood floor because they were too lazy to find the right location. They ran red/blue pex together because they ran out. They crossed my hot and cold lines. Did not reconnect my rib fixtures properly the water was leaking on my hardwood floors and rotted them. They disconnected a copper line and capped it off and it continued to leak, they never came back to fix it. They lied to my insurance company and said they did not do a complete re pipe, they only fixed my kitchen sink line. Lol Thank god i have Witness, videos and pictures to prove it. The of photos of the poor quality work are attached. This is how they left my house. They said i had Another plumber do they other work, lies. The only plumber that did any other work was there is plumber Tommy put in a pot filler line and that also was done improperly. They reduced my lines from 3/4 to 1/2 and cut my water pressure in half. Smh The work is supposed to be guaranteed for a year, they would not answer my calls. Will not provide me with a copy of my receipt. The owner called he after i complained to my insurance company and wanted to have the same plumber return who did a terrible job. I said I did Not want that employee back. He said then he wouldn’t come out. Very unprofessional. Several of their good employees have quit since then, each of them have provided written affidavits stating they did a complete re pipe of my house. I’ve had my pipes break over and over after their work. I finally Had to pay another plumber to come back and do another complete re pipe. Spending thousands of dollars after spending thousands of dollars. Look how many complaints they have about the same issue. NO INTEGRITY. NO MORALS.

Covenant helped our church pick out the toilet we needed. They provided exactly what we wanted and all the employees we dealt with were knowledgeable and professional. Thankful for this company.

They assessed the problem quickly and knew exactly what was wrong. Once I bought the part (which they waited for me to go and get) they were finished in 15 minutes.

The enamel sink had to be pulled off my Corian counter, I was concerned the counter would be damaged. It was installed to perfection. The Corian counter was undisturbed. The sinks and faucets they recommended look beautiful. The price for a fulls day work for the kitchen and bathroom was exceptional and happily paid. There were 3 guys here, 1 in the bathroom and 2 worked on the kitchen. They did a great job and I am very happy with the results as always.

The faucet had gone beyond dripping to a steady stream of water. Turning off the under sink cold water shut off valve didn't stop the water and I was not able to turn the hot water shut off. Within an hour and a half of placing the service call, the problem was resolved. Parts inside the faucet were replaced and shut off valves are now functional. I really appreciated the fact that Dennis had all of the necessary parts on his truck. He explained everything thoroughly and provided a detailed invoice on the spot. Also, gotta love a service provider that puts on shoe covers before entering the house!

They are the plumbers that we go to. They are honest and they do not rip me off either.

Did an excellent job. I noticed a leak that evaded my attempts to repair so I called for help about 3 in the afternoon. Help arrived within about an hour. Diagnosed the problem as a corroded pipe that needed to be replaced, and was able to complete the fix within an hour.

They are a husband and wife team and are perfectionists. I purchased a new dishwasher from?Lowe's. I did not want to use their sub contractor. I only trusted Covenant Plumbing to come out and install?it because I knew it would be installed the correct way. My plumbing is now perfect and these people are unbelievably wonderful. I trust them very much and they are always there to help me with any jobs I may need done. They are always here in a moments notice and assure me they are here for me with anything I need. They also go the extra mile for their customers and I would recommend them to anyone. Update: It is now 2016 and still perfection on the dishwasher.

When I noticed the leak coming from under my 2nd-floor master bathroom, I feared that it would require extensive demolishment and reconstruction of floors, walls, etc. The Covenant plumber arrived promptly at the promised time, located the problem quickly (bathtub drain), and made the repair in short order. The bill was much less than I expected and we haven't had any problems since.

The service was wonderful.  I had a leak, and wanted to replace the toilets in my new home anyway, so I had bought two new ones.  But I was unable to install, myself, so I called Covenant and explained.  They offered me a time slot that very day for someone to come and help me.  Jerry called to let me know he would be arriving an hour earlier than scheduled... and he did a FANTASTIC job of putting in the two toilets.  Very nice guy, hard working...he was finished in less than 90 minutes.  I will need some other services in the future and will definitely call these folks when that time comes.  Terrific customer service and great work!!

They do excellent work and thoroughly cleaned up afterwards.  They are punctual.
