Made an appointment 2 weeks in advance for 4 Jan. Was the first appointment in their new appointment book. Dropped off the truck at 9 AM on Monday 4 Jan. Didn't get a call from them that day. Called them at about noon on Tuesday and asked the status. Said they hadn't gotten to it yet. Didn't hear back from them that night. Drove by the shop and truck was sitting outside in a shady commercial district. Didn't hear from them all day Wednesday. Stopped by at closing time and truck was pulled inside the shop but did not appear to be any work done to it. Waited all day Thursday and didn't get a call. Called at 4:50 PM and asked the status. They said they were done with it. Apparently they weren't going to call and let me know as they close at 5. He waited for me to come and get it. When picked up, much dust and debris on the dash and headliner was still wet. Next day I found the plastic cover which covers the wiring to the mirror was lying in the console broken. Apparently not their problem. Glad I had another vehicle to get around with. Again, made an appointment 2 weeks out, first appointment in the book, finally got the truck back 4 days later for what should be a simple job to them. Headliner looks good, but the service is a dealbreaker and would not use or recommend in the future.

Great. I dropped my car off at the agreed upon time and later that day they were finished and I am very pleased with their work. Very good job at a very reasonable price, The folks are easy to work and willing to help in any way.
