Matt was awesome, has an amazing amt of knowlege about radon, asked all the right questions and seemed to be able to easily assess our needs. Over this year we have had many contractors visit, assess and make repairs...Matt stands out above them all. Our system works well and we have had very low readings which are a great relief ....The team that was sent to us to do the work I would rate B...a little sloppy ....didn't cover nearby area to protect or prevent a mess, as i remember some debris shooting out ...onto floor and walls and storage...would have been better if they were proactive and covered the areas that could possibly be affected...."
