A residential real estate appraiser in my 31st year of practice.I cover much of NE Metro Atlanta & surrounding counties. I still complete assignments for lenders however, the majority of my assignments are for private parties. I regularly appraise properties for divorce settlements, pre-listing purposes, estate settlements, bankruptcy proceedings, cash purchases. I have completed many appraisals on lakes, rivers and, mountains. I specialize in "problem" properties and situations. I regularly testify in court. I am a 64 yr old father of 10. Grandfather of 9 (soon to be 11). If you are getting a mortgage, the lender will choose the appraiser.
