Beth was so patient with us and she consulted with us on the perfect time to list our home. She went above and beyond giving us ideas on how to stage it nicely for the open house. We received multiple offers, and she gave us feedback on which offers to strongly consider. Beth also negotiated some specific terms we needed, and in addition to that, we received 5% over asking price. Everything about Beth is extremely professional and strategic, and she makes the process simple and straightforward. You can’t ask for a better partner on selling your home!

Beth and her team are amazing! She gave all the right advice and walked us through the selling process with us living in another time zone. She allowed us time to decide what we want to do without feeling rushed and had multiple offers on our home in 1 day! I tried to do it on my own for 3 months without any success. Since selling our home in the Carolinas, she has continued to help us find a realtor in our new home state of Utah. The only thing we think she needs to work on is cloning herself. We wish she could be our realtor in Salt Lake City! Beth and her team went above and beyond anything we had hoped for.

My husband and I bought our first home with Beth. As a first time home owner we really appreciated the time that Beth and her team spent making sure we made the best decisions on our house, explained the entire process for us. When viewing homes Beth gave us points to think on about the homes that would not have crossed our minds otherwise. During closing Beth and her team were always available to answer all of our questions (and there were lots!) and followed up emails with a phone call. We decided to downsize after more than twenty years in our home. We’ve had a Beth Smith Shuey calendar on the fridge for years and had heard good things, so we called Beth. To be honest, I was a little concerned about fees and wondered how the listing agent earned their part. We got good advice on pricing, ideas on staging, answers when we had questions, and lots of marketing! Beth and her team were always willing to hold an open house and do whatever it took to sell our property. When we got an offer, Beth guided us through the process and helped us sell while getting a fair price. Another positive is, when we called Beth, she answered the phone! That sounds like it should be a given, but when you think about it, it has become a rarity in spite of the fact everyone carries a phone. At the end of the day, we were more than happy with the results we got for the fees we paid. We will definitely call Beth if we decide to buy or sell in the future.

The work Beth Smith and team did for selling my townhouse was outstanding. Many times you see real estate agents take a property and then don't do much. Beth and team was helpful throughout the process from helping me find contractors and suppliers to get the property ready for sale (this was a lot of work since it was a rental property) to closing offers, negotiating inspections items to driving the closing process. Beth had a great photographer, and also had a stager come over that made changes to how we positioned our furniture and really made our house more attractive. Beth's closing coordinator, Eli, was extremely helpful in walking us through the closing process. Incredible. Again, another fantastic service from them. This is the third time we have used her in 15 years. Beth and her team negotiated and got everything we asked for and more. We got our wonderful home with plantation shutters in every room that look fantastic. The valuation was 5% over our expectation and we closed over valuation. It took three days from listing to have a written offer. We closed in less than 4 weeks and would never have done if it was not for her super back office support. We moved in on our anniversary which was the challenge and she delivered. What a great team.
