"Nick B and Ethan E came a couple of days earlier than scheduled(which we really appreciated since it is a week before Thanksgiving) to level our concrete garage/laundry room floor. We had already moved everything out from both areas(some was in our dining room and kitchen) in preparation for their arrival when Nick reached out to us that they had finished other jobs sooner than expected and could come to our home a few days earlier. Needless to say , getting the job done a few days earlier gave us more time to get our home ready for Thanksgiving dinner! They were both professional, courteous and quickly got the job done. "I had a bad problem with water runoff and erosion due to the slope of the yard. This creating a bigger issue as it had washed away a lot of the dirt in and around my privacy fence making it loose and unstable. Ortiz Landscape did an owtstanding job with following up with calls. Mr. Ortiz himself was very helpful and had great information for me when he came out to the house to look at the job. He and the company did exactly what we discussed doing by putting in a couple of "catch bassings" and piping and rocks around the fence with concrete to help direct the water to the catch basing. He even came out again to check everything to make sure all was done correctly and to our satisfaction."
