"Called and they showed up first thing the next day. They’re fast, reliable, friendly and extremely knowledgeable they taught me all about my system and had my septic flowing like new!!! 10/10 will definitely be calling them for all my septic needs!!!"

"All went smoothly. They did have to come back out and redo the way one pipe was going to another with a coupler as opposed to tape but there was no issue in doing this. One thing I will add is that people need to check with their termite company before doing an encapsulation. This voided our lifetime warranty. State building code (I called our county's office) is supposed to leave 4 inches down from the concrete blocks with encapsulation so they can do a termite inspection to supply a warranty. They did not do this and the termite company wanted this to code to supply a temite warranty. Sundry had to come back out to remove some of the encapsulation and charged us the cost of doing this. The workmanship was good on both the trenching for removing water under the house and the encpaulation. The encapsulation just wasn't to code which cost us an extra $3000."

"I was hoping to see what was installed at every stage of the process. Feel a little in the dark about what is buried underneath the concrete and the process. Could not reach the sales person to ask questions after job was booked. There was confusion about what was to be done exactly. The workers were diligent and helpful wiith moving some of the junk in the basement. Job was done quickly and the areas left clean."

She informed me that there schedule was booked on the day that I requested. However, she was able to accommodate me with another day that worked for me. Stephanie was very polite and nice over the phone, as well as answered the questions that I had. The technicians Ryan and Ronnie's work was exceptional! They unclogged our Kitchen sink drain line in our basement that was stopped up. After unclogging the drain in the Kitchen basement they discovered that the line upstairs had now become clogged. They willfully unclogged this line as well and did not charge anything extra from what was already quoted. "Eddie came out and gave an estimate. He was professional and personable and set a date and time for the following week to do the job. Due to other (larger) work obligations, Eddie wasn't able to keep the appointment. However, he sent his son, who was just as professional and personable! The job was completed without any issues. I was impressed (and grateful) that Eddie didn't put me on the back burner and reschedule because it was such a small job. This malady in my floor was preventing me from installing hardwood flooring so I am very happy it is done!

"Overall, it was a good experience. AAA put down a vapor barrier and installed a Santa Fe dehumidifier with sump pump. The result is that we can now use the stand-up basement/crawlspace to store things under the house without ruining them. This is the part that you need to know. The installation was not without problems. First, they broke an A/C drain pipe, second, they cut a sprinkler controller wire while running a PVC pipe. Here's my take, accidents happen but how does the business respond to these issues? Well, Donna was very quick to send her team out to correct the problems and they even paid for the damage to the sprinkler system. To me, that's top notch customer service. Any business can make a mistake, but how they handle it is the mark of a good company. Every time I lift the roll door and go into the basement now, I'm amazed at how cool and fresh the air is down there. No more mildew and no more smell."

"Greg and his team provided us excellent service and we are very pleased with the results. We obtained several estimates for all of the work and Greg's pricing was comparable to others; he distinguished himself by actually calling us back and following up with us when we reached out to him then explaining very clearly how he would do the work needed and what the benefits were of having it done.
     Our home is old (1890) and the crawl space was very very cluttered and full of debris, hanging wires etc.  Greg's team did an exceptional job of cleaning up the space, repairing the foundation then encapsulating the very large crawlspace area.  At the end of the project, I went underneath the house with Greg and inspected all of the work. The attention to detail was very impressive. We can now easily access the crawlspace, which I was afraid to go near before, and have ample storage space that is clean, dry and well lit. The crawl space is also now totally secure thanks to the two new doors he installed, which can each be padlocked.
       I highly recommend the Crawl Space Doctor, Greg McBride!  We always knew when the guys would be coming to work on the house, they showed up when they said they would and completed the project within the time-frame given to us. Greg explained exactly what they would be doing and how they were going to do it.  He even went above and beyond by installing some lights for us in the crawlspace as well as an underground tube to direct water from a downspout directly to a drainage pipe.
