Any skills that are not within my scope will be sub-contracted out to dependable contractors. There will not be a separate bill for sub-contracted services, all services will be included in initial estimate. Please be aware that with many jobs there are unexpected expenses that may arise but will always be discussed with client prior to adding an expense.

GoodWood Designs is a full service Home Remodeling/Repair/Painting Company that is owned and operated by Chuck Goodwin (Carpenter,25 yrs) and Beth Wood (Painter, 10 yrs). GoodWood Designs has a low overhead which allows us to keep our prices very reasonable. Sometimes as much as 1/2 of what other local contractors would charge.
