"I paid 3500 for a new pine privacy fence. I was putting a sealer on it, and the fence gate was blown shut by wind and broke the latch. I took a look at the latch and realized how extremely cheap it was. I called the contractor to ask for a replacement, to which he told me it wasn’t cheap and that it couldn’t have been wind that broke it. I found a better, sturdier, latch at Lowe’s for 25 bucks and installed it myself. Disappointed that I paid a premium price but didn’t receive great service. Would not recommend."

"Two french drains installed. One exited in the middle of the yard underneath newly laid grass!?! Called to say that wouldn't work. A few days later there was a rain storm and washed much of the newly laid grass away. The other french drain goes up hill at the end so doesn't drain correctly. They fixed drain emptying in middle of the yard. Most of the newly laid grass died and they wouldn't return phone calls."
